Refund and Returns Policy
Kindly take complete unboxing video of opening the package.
We take replacement only if the product is damaged when delivered. Reach / Send us the video to tredymod31@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order. Without valid proof, we do not give refund/replacement.
Unboxing video: All claims for transit damages, and refund claims require an unboxing video immediately after receiving the parcel. Please take the video from the time of opening the outer courier covers, without any breaks or pauses and please make sure that the item is in focus and clear in the video.
Return: Once you receive our confirmation for your return request approval, you need to ship us the products you wish to return with all the original packaging by keeping it safely back into the box/packaging. The product(s) should be shipped back to us immediately i.e the day we approve your return request. The cost of shipping the product will be borne by the customer. The product(s) should be in its original and unused condition with intact packaging. We will not be able to process the refund if it is damaged or shipped without its original packaging. Please use a reliable courier service for shipping the product(s) and share the tracking details once the products shipped.
Refund:We issue replacements or refunds, whichever is feasible for us for the damage of products. A refund can only be issued in case of the unavailability of the same product. We will not be able to process any return or exchange if we were not notified in the given time period.
Cancellation Policy
The placed orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged for another product. If the order is cancelled from your end, only 50% of the order value will be refunded - provided as store credit.
