 Pricing and Payments

Product Accuracy & Representation

  • Visual Representation: We make every effort to display the colors and details of our products accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.
  • Handmade Variations: Since many pieces are handcrafted, slight variations in design, color, or stone placement may occur.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 5-6 business working days.
  • Address Accuracy: The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We cannot redirect shipments once they have been dispatched.

 Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • Hygiene Policy: Due to hygiene reasons, items such as earrings may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
  • Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us at terdymod31@gmail.com  within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence that is complete  360 degree parcel opening video is must.
  • Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 2 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Care and Maintenance

As jewelries are delicate. TredyMod is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Contact with hot water, perfumes, lotions, or hairspray.
  • Improper storage (we recommend airtight pouches).
  • General wear and tear or tarnishing over time.
